An Innovative Solution To The Issue Of Diaper Need
Miami’s first ever Mobile Diaper Pantry is an innovative direct service program that provides diapers and basic essentials to children and families living in “Diaper Deserts.” Miami Diaper Bank’s Mobile Diaper Pantry travels into hard to reach areas in Miami-Dade County to ensure children and families get access to the diapers and basic essentials they need and deserve.
Removing Barriers To Reach Families In Need
Our Mobile Diaper Pantry Program fills a gap in services and connects diapers directly to families who lack awareness about services, do not have access to services because of transportation challenges, and/or who do not meet the guidelines for our partners who distribute diapers. Through this program we remove barriers to access and promote equity in our community.
A Program Designed To Make A Direct Impact
Diapers are a basic essential for all babies and having access to clean diapers builds healthier communities. We meet families with diaper need in their own neighborhoods and provide free diapers and information about local resources. By providing a diaper safety net, we help ensure families are better prepared to meet the needs of their children and can shift their focus away from diaper need to meeting other basic needs such as food and shelter.
There are over 121,000 children under the age of six living 300% below the federal poverty level in Miami-Dade County and more than 50% of the families we surveyed mentioned transportation as the number one barrier to receiving services. This is the solution.

ENGLISH: Eligibility Requirements:
All clients requesting direct services from Miami Diaper Bank must meet ALL four (4) of the following requirements:
1- The parent, child, or both must receive government assistance
2- Household income must be under $60,000 per year
3- A valid birth certificate is required for each child (can be from any country). If you are pregnant, please upload a doctor's signed letter with your estimated delivery date.
4- Children requesting services must be 5 years old or younger
Special Note: If your child is over 5 years old and has special needs, please contact us directly before applying so we can confirm whether we are able to provide the appropriate diaper size.

2) All new clients (before 2025) must register in our new system before receiving services:

New accounts take up to 72 business hours to be reviewed and approved (we will email you).
If your account is already approved and you need to add a new child, please email the birth certificate with your username to info@miamidiaperbank.com so we can add the new child for you.

Todos los clientes que soliciten servicios directos de Miami Diaper Bank deben cumplir con TODOS LOS CUATRO (4) requisitos siguientes:
1- El padre/madre, el niño(a), o ambos deben recibir asistencia gubernamental
2- El ingreso total del hogar debe ser menor de $60,000 al año
3- Se requiere un certificado de nacimiento válido para cada niño(a) (puede ser de cualquier país), si esta embarazada tiene que tener una carta medica firmada por su doctor con la fecha estimada de parto.
4- Los niños(as) que soliciten servicios deben tener 5 años de edad o menos
Nota especial: Si su hijo(a) tiene más de 5 años y tiene necesidades especiales, por favor contáctenos directamente antes de aplicar para confirmar si podemos proporcionar el tamaño de pamper adecuado.

Si tu cuenta ya fue aprobada, y necesitas agregar a un bebé nuevo, por favor enviamos el certificado de nacimiento y tu nombre de usuario para nosotros agregárselo.
Recordatorios Importantes:
Las citas se abren 45 días antes de cada evento. Los clientes deben ingresar al portal cada mes para programar su propia cita.
Miami Diaper Bank no puede crear, modificar, ni cancelar citas en nombre de los clientes.
Si va a agregar un nuevo niño(a) a una cuenta aprobada, por favor envíenos por correo electrónico el certificado de nacimiento o la nota médica e incluya su nombre de usuario.
Si está embarazada debe de agregar al/la bebé al portal como "Bebe (su apellido)" ya que el sistema necesita tener un bebé en lista para que puedas ordenar la talla de pampers.
Las citas solo pueden modificarse hasta 3 días antes del evento programado.
Las citas perdidas resultan en la pérdida de los pañales de ese mes.
No ofrecemos ubicaciones, fechas u horarios alternativos de recogida.
No intercambiamos pañales ni guardamos pañales de citas perdidas.
No hacemos/ofrecemos deliveries o transportacion
Es una violación de nuestras políticas que diferentes cuidadores se registren para el/la mismo(a) bebé(A).
Important Reminders:
Appointments open 45 days before each event. Clients must log into the portal each month to schedule their own appointment.
Miami Diaper Bank is not able to make, edit, or cancel appointments on behalf of clients.
If you are adding a new child to an approved account, please email us the child’s birth certificate or doctor’s note and include your username.
If you are pregnant, you still need to add the baby to your account as "Baby (your last name), given that the system needs to have a baby on file in order for you to shop for a diaper size.
Appointments may only be modified up to 3 days before the scheduled event.
Missed appointments result in forfeiting diapers for that month.
We do not offer alternative pickup locations, dates, or times.
We do not exchange diapers and do not hold diapers for missed appointments.
We do not offer delivery or transportation
It is a violation of our policies to have multiple caregivers registering for the same child.
