Nomination Categories:
Children Welfare Advocate Award: For an individual whose outstanding work in supporting the health and welfare of children shines in our community.
Community Organization Impact Award: For a membership or social organization that has devoted significant resources and time to supporting babies in our community.
Corporate Champion for Babies Award: For corporation or business with significant contributions, volunteering and leadership to the welfare of children in our community.
Young Hero Award: For an individual's 18 and under, who has made a notable impact in supporting babies in our community.
NEW Funder Legacy Award: For a foundation or public/private funder whose generosity and sustained commitment has significantly advanced the welfare of babies and families in our community.

***Self nominations accepted. Nominations are open to our South Florida’s counties of service: Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe Counties.***

Grading Criteria: Each criterion/category is scored on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest. Once graded by each judge (total of 7) and scores are averaged to find the highest score.
Point System:
1-2 Points: None or Minimal evidence of impact or effort.
3-4 Points: Some evidence but below average.
5-6 Points: Average, meets basic expectations.
7-8 Points: Above average, notable achievements and efforts.
9-10 Points: Exceptional performance, outstanding impact, and leadership.
